- Review / Follow-Up Consultation: Flat $95.00 out-of-pocket gap.
- Telehealth: Flat $95.00 out-of-pocket gap.
- Physiotherapy: Flat $165.00 Initial / $95.00 Review (claimable on the spot via HICAPS for Private Health “Extras”).
Note: Upfront fees vary by clinician and appointment length, but your final out-of-pocket gap after the Medicare refund remains exactly the same. Casts, splints, and braces are billed separately.
